Soft hikes are pleasure in picturesque landscapes of Armenian mountains, caves and fields.  Guided walks will be accompanied with cultural experiences, such as visiting historical monuments, dining in Armenian villages, participating in festivities and events.

Day 1: Yerevan
Arrival in Yerevan, at the International Airport “Zvartnots”.
Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Rest.
You will have a City tour with visiting main attractions and museums of our capital –Matenadaran – the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, the Museum – Fortress Erebuni, the National Gallery and History Museum of Armenia, Tsitsernakaberd-Genocide Memorial Complex. The last point of our tour will be Yerevan Brandy Factory with brandy tasting.

Day 2: Yerevan – Mountain Aragats (80 km)
In Ashtarak we will drive to mountain Aragats, the highest point of Armenia (4090 m). You will also visit the fortress Amberd (10-12th C) (2300 m above the sea level). Climbing to the Southern peak of Aragats – 3879m (5-6 hours). Overnight in local guest house.

Day 3: Mountain Aragats – Dilijan (150km)
Early in the morning you will have a great opportunity to climb the Northern peak of Aragats – 4090m, through the straight arch between Southern and Western peaks (7-8 hours). After climbing we continue our tour to Dilijan. Overnight in local hotel.

Day 4: Dilijan – Goshavank – Haghartsin – Sevan (100 km)
This day a beautiful trip is waiting for you. You will visit the monastery complex Haghartsin (11-13th C.) and Goshavank in Armenian Switzerland Dilijan. You will have a 5-hour hiking. Next thing to be admired is a blue pearl of Armenia – Lake Sevan, 1900m above the sea level. You will go up the Sevan peninsula and watch St. Astvatsatsin and Apostoles churches (9th C). Overnight in local hotel.

Day 5: Sevan
We guarantee that you will have a wonderfully active day in Sevan: trip by yacht (2 hours), walk along the shore (2 hours) and visit the churches of St. Astvatsatsin and Apostles on the peninsula (9th C). Overnight in the local hotel.

Day 6: Sevan – Jermuk (190 km)
From Sevan we will start our excursion day to Jermuk, through Selim mountain Pass (2410 m on the way exploring). You will have a 6-hour hiking and visit to Selim Caravanserai (14th C) and church Spitakavor (14th C). Overnight in the local hotel of the mountainous resort Jermuk.

Day 7: Jermuk – Tatev (140 km)
You will start the tour with a trip to Sisian. You will observe the ancient observatory Zorats Karer near Sisian, which is similar to England’s Stonehenge and have a 5- hour hiking. You will have a trip to Tatev monastery complex (11th -13th C) in the second part of the day. Overnight in a guest house. Return to Yerevan.

Day 8: Echmiadzin – Zvartnots (40 km)

In the morning we will drive to Echmiadzin – the administrative and spiritual center of Armenian Apostolic Church. In Echnmiadzin you will also visit the churches of St. Hripsime (7th C) and St.Gajane (7th C). On the way back You will observe the ruins of the cathedral Zvartnots (7th C). Return to Yerevan.

Day 9: Garni – Geghard (80 km)
After breakfast at the hotel we start our tour with the excursion to Garni and Geghard. Garni is the only pagan temple preserved since ancient times, the former summer residence of Armenian Kings (1st C). We will finish our tour visiting Geghard monastery complex (12-13th C), cut in one monolithic rock. You will have a 5- hour hiking and a picnic. Return to Yerevan.

Day 10: Yerevan
Free day in Yerevan- walk, enjoy and discover new things in our capital. Farewell dinner. Check out, Transfer to the Airport “Zvartnots”.
