Visit to the ruins of the Zvartnots Cathedral (Cathedral of the Vigilant Powers – 7th century), destroyed by an earthquake in 939 AD. The remaining ruins testify to the grandeur of the original structure.
Visit to the Church of Saint Hripsime
Visit to one of the 12 historical capitals of Armenia – Etchmiadzin (Vagharshapat), and tour of the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.
Since 2000, the Church of Saint Hripsime, the Mother Cathedral of Etchmiadzin, and the ruins of Zvartnots have been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

 Departure to the Geghard Monastery.
Visit to the unique rock-carved Geghard Monastery (12th–13th centuries), famous for its acoustic cave chambers.
 Excursion to the summer residence of Armenian kings – the Garni Fortress (1st to 4th centuries AD) and the Pagan Temple of the Sun (1st century), built by King Trdat in 77 AD. It is the only surviving Hellenistic-style temple in the entire post-Soviet region.
Return to Yerevan.
